How do I order cookies? When should I book?
It's always best to order early! Happy Cookie Co. usually books 3-4 weeks in advance. First, check the availability tab above. If your week is available, fill out the order form. Please be as specific as possible, as this will allow for an accurate quote. After details have been agreed upon, a 50% deposit will hold your order. Two-three week's notice is requested for custom cookie orders. NOTE: Exact numbers, theme, and designs can be confirmed closer to the date, though an accurate quote cannot be provided without this information.

Each individual cookie is made with quality ingredients and precision to detail. The base price of one dozen standard size cookies is $50.
Is there a minimum?
The minimum order is one dozen standard size cookies. Minis cannot be ordered alone, but they can be added onto standard size orders by the dozen.
How do your cookies come packaged?
Cookies are individually heat sealed in clear bags and packaged in a window bakery box. For an additional charge, bags can be closed with coordinating ribbon.
Where are you located? Do you deliver?
Pickups are in Escondido, San Diego. At this time, delivery is not available.
Do you ship?
Happy Cookie Co. operates under California Cottage Food Law, and is unable to ship.
Do you offer gluten free, nut free, or vegan options?
Unfortunately, no. Due to cross-contamination of common allergens, these options are not offered.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Venmo (preferred), cash or Paypal. Remaining payment after deposit is due upon pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?
Custom orders can be cancelled 10 days prior to the pickup date for a FULL refund, minus the cost of any order specific supplies already purchased. Any order cancelled within the 10 day window forfeits the deposit.
How long do the cookies last?
If stored properly in a dry, airtight container, cookies are fresh for 2 weeks. After that, cookies can be frozen for 2-3 months. They should not be refrigerated.
