Hi! I'm Brittany and I am the sole owner and operator of Happy Cookie Company, established July 2018. My love for decorated cookies began as a hobby and soon developed into a passion. I am a mom to baby boy Emery, full-time elementary school teacher during the day, and extraordinary cookie decorator at night. I operate out of my home kitchen under California Cottage Food Law.
